As the holiday season approaches, we want to keep you informed about our live support hours so you can plan ahead.

Here's our regular live support schedule:
Monday–Friday: Open 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET (5:00 AM–5:00 PM PT).
‍
Holiday Closures:
Thanksgiving: Closed Thursday, November 28, and Friday, November 29.
Christmas: Closed Tuesday, December 24, and Wednesday, December 25.
New Year’s Day: Closed Wednesday, January 1, 2025.
Regular hours will resume the day following each closure. Thank you for allowing us to support you this year—we wish you a happy and safe holiday season!
