Bobby is a founder, CEO, and operator with over 15 years’ experience, having most recently founded Pathpoint, a digital insurance brokerage focused on small businesses and their E&S risk. As CEO of Pathpoint, Bobby oversaw the development of fully-automated quote-bind-issue software, built a team of 40 employees, raised $40M in investment funding—$20M from global insurance companies and $20M from top venture capital firms in Silicon Valley. He lead execution of binding authority agreements with 10+ leading surplus lines insurers, established coverholder status at Lloyd’s of London, and built a distribution network including hundreds of independent retail agents.
Shalom is an entrepreneur and experienced technologist who recently worked as a researcher in computer vision and machine learning at Carnegie Mellon University. He was the first-hire and lead machine learning engineer at Inokyo, a Y-Combinator startup building automated grocery stores. Shalom previously co-founded Caply, a software product that helped automatically generate product tours from live dashboards for SaaS companies. He has a unique ability to build world-class technologies and teams while maintaining a deep understanding of customer and stakeholder needs, to ensure the product’s user experience is second to none.
Jamie is an entrepreneur with over 14 years’ experience in property & insurance technology, private equity, and investment banking. Prior to joining Rainbow, Jamie co-founded insurtech startup Eli Report, the market’s leading AI-powered condo intelligence platform that is changing the way commercial multi-family property is underwritten, through the analysis of building-level data to better assess a community’s financial and physical risk profile. He is a problem-solver, constantly thinking outside the box and challenging the status quo through the use of modern technologies.

Most recently, Bill was with FC Capital and led product development, underwriting, compliance, systems and expansion initiatives of their four operating units. Prior to building underwriting organizations, Bill spent portions of his career in agency, loss control and claims disciplines. His hunger to learn all angles of the business gives Bill a unique perspective to help Rainbow transform the insurance transaction. Bill earned his degree in insurance from Olivet College, and has continued his professional development by achieving the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) and Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU) designations."
