As we continue our expansion with the support of world class investors and industry partners, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff to support the CEO in scaling the company and driving operational excellence.


About the Role

The Chief of Staff will act as a key strategic partner to the CEO, helping to manage cross-functional initiatives, drive the execution of the company’s strategic priorities, and optimize organizational efficiency. This role will require a combination of leadership, project management, and communication skills to ensure alignment across teams and departments, while enabling the CEO to focus on high-level strategy and external relations, at a company that has achieved strong product market fit with an experienced leadership team. This is a dream job for the right candidate who either hopes to start their own company or scale up within the organization.


What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with the CEO, founders of the company, and leadership team to develop and execute the company’s strategic roadmap. Translate high-level strategies into actionable plans, ensuring alignment across departments.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery of key initiatives. Track project progress and remove obstacles to ensure success.
  • Serve as a key advisor to the CEO, providing critical insights and recommendations on both strategic and operational matters. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs for executive meetings.
  • Foster strong communication across the organization. Act as a liaison between the CEO and other leaders to ensure that priorities are clear, and teams are aligned.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements across the company, streamliningprocesses and ensuring scalability as the company grows.
  • Assist in preparing materials for board meetings and investor presentations. Ensure timely reporting and follow-up on key action items.
  • Work closely with the executive team to ensure strategic initiatives are being implemented effectively, and provide day-to-day leadership for key operational functions.
  • Support the CEO in driving a strong company culture, leading initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and alignment with company values.


What You Need

  • Can come into the office on Mondays and Thursdays to work in-person with the CEO.
  • Experience and comfort working in a very fast-paced startup environment. Strong preference for someone with BizOps experience at a startup, or consulting/banking work experience.
  • Very strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels of an organization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a very strong sense of how to professionally handle a wide range of situations working directly with the CEO.
  • Complete ownership of tasks small and very large, delivering projects while anticipating next steps without waiting to be told what to do.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with comfortability managing multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Slack and Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.) with experience creating slide decks, and performing financial analysis. Bonus points for experience with SQL.
  • A team player with a super positive attitude, high energy, and a commitment to achieving the company's mission.
  • Proven ability to translate high-level strategies into actionable plans and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong background in operations, project management, and process improvement in a scaling company.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment and can handle ambiguity with ease.
