Product Liability Insurance

Product liability insurance protects a business from the fallout that occurs when a product causes another party injury or other damages, and can provide coverage for legal fees, medical expenses, compensatory awards or other business damages. In a restaurant, a product would include the food that was made or prepared by the establishment.
